This was not the race that I wanted to be running in Virginia Beach this weekend, but I ran the **** out of it. New 8k PR -- 41:40.

    Good, thanks. Very light and fast. I still might get a pair of stability shoes for longer runs but the Tempos are going to be good racing shoes.
